Marion was born in France and adopted by a biracial couple at 5 months old. She grew up between France and Cameroon.
Growing up in a multicultural context, Marion soon observed that the color of her skin was a topic. Sometimes discussed, often mocked, she grew up listening to her relatives narrative “there’s no color” ignoring that part of herself.
As an adult, she discovered that she could be proud of her difference and started accepting it instead of trying to fit in.
As a new mom, she dived even deeper into the topic, trying to understand what legacy she could give to her children.
Observing that there is so little content for children featuring people of color, and the impact it has on her daughters, she decided to create her own, and contribute to showing the world in colors to children and of course to their parents.
